What the service is
PunëtorAI is an AI employee for customer service: it answers your business's customers on the channels you connect (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, website chat) using the content you provide. You remain responsible for your business — PunëtorAI works for you, not instead of you.
Who provides it
PunëtorAI is operated by Digita Dev, the trading name of DIGITA sh.p.k. (NIPT M01812006I), registered at Rruga «Abdyl Frashëri», Pallati Hekla, Seksioni B, Kati 8, Ap. 10, Tirana, Albania. Your contract for the service is with DIGITA sh.p.k. as the operator of PunëtorAI.
Your account and fair use
You sign up with truthful information and use the service only for lawful communication with your customers. Spam, fraud, and illegal content are not allowed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payment
Plans are monthly, paid in advance; prices exclude VAT. We charge 20% Albanian VAT to businesses established in Albania and no Albanian VAT to businesses established abroad; local tax obligations may apply. There is no free trial: the demo is free, and a demo workspace cannot connect channels. You pay by PayPal subscription or, for Albanian businesses, by fiscal invoice and bank transfer.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded for partial periods, unless the law requires otherwise.
Conversations and limits
A conversation is all messages with one customer, on one channel, during one calendar day. We notify you at 70% and 90% of your plan's conversations, and a conversation in progress is never cut off. Beyond the limit, new conversations go to your team without an AI reply until you add conversations (Starter €0.70, Professional €0.60, Business €0.50 each, excl. VAT) or move to a larger plan.
AI answers
PunëtorAI answers from the content you give it and hands over to a human when unsure — but no AI system is infallible. You test it before going live and review its answers for important decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data beyond what we restore from our own backups. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Tirana.
