What the service is
PunëtorAI is an AI employee for customer service: it answers your business's customers on the channels you connect (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, website chat) using the content you provide. You remain responsible for your business — PunëtorAI works for you, not instead of you.
Who provides it
PunëtorAI is operated by Digita Dev. Your contract for the service is with Digita Dev as the operator of PunëtorAI.
Your account and fair use
You sign up with truthful information and use the service only for lawful communication with your customers. Spam, fraud, and illegal content are not allowed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payment
Plans are monthly, paid in advance; prices exclude VAT. Conversation limits are soft — no conversation is cut off mid-thread, and we notify you at 70% and 90% of your plan. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid month.
AI answers
PunëtorAI answers from the content you give it and hands over to a human when unsure — but no AI system is infallible. You test it before going live and review its answers for important decisions.
